A: At the end of a product's description on our website, we will either state when the item will be re-stocked or we'll state that the item will not be re-stocked.
Q: Can I place an order over the phone?
A: We use an answering service to receive our phone calls but they aren't set up to take orders over the phone. Even if we were to call you back and take your order over the phone, we would literally be entering it into our website exactly like you can do yourself. If you don't have access to a computer or don't know how to order online, just tell our answering service and we will be happy to call you back and take your order over the phone.
Q: My Team Discount # isn't working - what should I do?
A: When you check out on our website, make sure you enter your Team # exactly as it was provided (example: T-0326201) into the "gift card or discount code" box and then click on "apply". If you still have trouble, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check to make sure it's set up correctly on our end.
Q: Do SmashGal skorts have pockets?
A: We have 2 styles of skorts (skirts w/ built in shorts) and 1 style that's just a skirt (no built-in shorts). The only style that has pockets is our "Longer Skort" style.
Q: I just placed my order but I ordered the wrong item (or size) - can I change it?

Since we don't store any of your credit card info, we will email you an invoice for the additional item (free shipping) - you'll be able to click on a payment link in the invoice, to securely enter your credit card information.
